Kramp is offering a free Preventive Medical Examination (PMO) to all employees with a Kramp contract, available from early June through the end of August 2025.

What is a PMO?
The Preventive Medical Examination is a personal health screening that provides insight into your health and vitality. Through a combination of questionnaires and health tests, you gain knowledge that can help you stay fit for work longer, lead a healthier life, prevent health complaints, and better understand your overall wellbeing.
The examination is entirely anonymous—your personal data is shared only with you. Kramp only receives an aggregated report without individual information.
What does the PMO include?
- Digital questionnaire
- On-site appointment (total duration: 60 minutes)
- Health check (30 minutes)
- Lifestyle coaching session (30 minutes)
- Personal report with your results
How to register

- Enter your details and complete your registration.
- Fill out the questionnaire (approx. 30 minutes).
- Schedule an appointment at your work location.
- Participate in the PMO and receive your personal report.

Where will the PMO take place?
The PMO will be conducted during office hours (08:00 – 17:00) at Kramp. It will start in Varsseveld, followed by sessions in Leek and Utrecht. More details will be shared via WeShare.
What does the PMO consist of?
The PMO includes a digital questionnaire and an on-site appointment (Varsseveld, Utrecht, Leek). The appointment includes physical tests and a consultation with a lifestyle or employability coach. Afterward, you’ll receive a personalized digital report with your results.
What does the questionnaire include?
The digital questionnaire covers topics such as your medical history, perceived health, lifestyle, work-related stress, physical functioning, job satisfaction, and work capacity.
What does the medical assessment involve?
- Blood pressure measurement
- BMI assessment (height, weight, body fat percentage)
- Finger prick test (for cholesterol and glucose levels)

Grip strength measurement
- Lung function test (spirometry)
- Vision test
- Hearing test (audiometry)
- ECG (heart scan) for employees aged 40+
What do I receive after the assessment?
Immediately after the medical tests, you’ll have a consultation with a lifestyle/employability coach who will provide you with insights and tips. You’ll then receive a digital report summarizing your results.
I don't see any available time slots. Can I still register?
New time slots will be released in phases. These will be announced via WeShare as they become available.
Privacy
Your participation and results are confidential and will never be shared with Kramp.
Cost
The PMO is offered by Kramp, free of charge. There are no additional costs for employees.
